The enhanced program includes a multi-level lending matrix designed to grow with clients as they successfully complete and exit projects. As clients scale up and reach defined performance milestones, available leverage may increase, providing expanded financing options for future transactions.

⭐ To recognize a client’s tenth successful project exit, qualified projects may be eligible for leverage of up to 100% financing for purchase money, PLUS up to 100% of the renovation budget, potentially financing the TOTAL PROJECT COST, excluding closing costs.
